You will also have your website set up with the necessary analytics accounts to measure your website’s performance.
The time frame for fulfilling the Launch Off Plan is one month.

When do I pay for services?
Payment takes place up front and service begins the day after the signing of the service agreement. Payment is due monthly. (i.e. you sign up on December 1st, work begins December 2nd, next payment is due January 2nd).
Do you offer other services?
Yes, I offer a-la-cart content creation such as one time landing pages, email templates, social media posts, and marketing strategy/consulting services. I have trusted partnerships with digital ad managers and photographers.
What happens if I want to cancel service?
I require two weeks written notice (emails, chats, texts are fine). I require two weeks so I can get you offboarded successfully. No cancelation fees or other hidden fees.
Do your services cover set up costs?
No, the term “set up cost” refers to any expense a client might incur during our working relationship. This would include for example: purchasing domain names, website hosting, website builders, and any third party software program..
If you build my website, do I own it?
Yes, you should always have ownership of your website. You will also have ownership of all analytic accounts, social media accounts, and creative assets. If you choose to cancel services, I want you to have everything you need to be successful elsewhere. Besides, I don’t want the headache of transferring ownership of things.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. This partnership needs to work for both of us, and I have the upmost confidence and determination to ensure that my clients are never put in a position where they need a refund for lack luster service.
Do you offer referral discounts?
Yes, absolutely yes, any customer for any primary service plan will receive $100 off their plan. If the referred customer maintains a working relationship for 6 months, then the referring customer will receive $200 off their plan.
